Construct a new storm water drainage pump station in the northwest corner of Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport located in Kenner, LA.  Capacity of the station will be 600 CFS to be provided by four 150 CFS capacity each.  The suction basin will be located to the west of the Butler Canal, where it exits the airport to the north.  Four discharge pipes will exit the station, travel west and north, extend over the west return floodwall and discharge into the West Return Canal.  The pump station will also consist of an electrical building, emergency generators, fuel tanks, trash rakes and access roads.  Riprap will be placed on the unprotected side of the West Return Canal wall.
